What does it mean to be a Clear staffer? A Journey of a lifetime!

Can you even imagine getting to spend ten weeks with some of the most amazing people you will ever meet? Our staff is the thing that sets Clear Camps apart from other camp teams. You may ask why? So many reasons come to mind.

Work for ClearAshley Kennington, (3 years), "Why not Clear? I didn't know what I wanted to do when I started Clear, I just wanted to do something for God that was different."

Jake Overton, (1 year), "the love that is shown by the staff to the kids rather than the commitment to the job."

Candy Huggins, (5 years) "because of the personal investment that Clear has made in my life."

Matt Barr, (3 year), "...because we are with the kids all day long it is more investment than just Bible study."

Jenni Grisham, (3 years) "Our worship is more than just an experience, it is a lifestyle."

Being on the Clear Staff is a lot of work - late nights, early mornings, non-stop energy all day, preparation, study, training, relationships, tears, and so much more. However, the rewards outweigh the work - eternity destinations changed when one comes to Christ, friends that stick with you through it all, students who struggle with feeling loved, finding love through the arms and encouragement of a staffer, being a role model and the list goes on...

Every staffer raises their own money to travel for these ten weeks. When you have to work and raise that money and so many people invest in your life, you find that the mission counts a little more. We encourage our staff to stay in contact with their partners (contributors) throughout the journey so it becomes more than one person investing in a person's eternity but a group of individuals making that investment.
